PHASE II
PRE-DEVELOPMENT
Upon completion of Phase I, clients decide whether or not to proceed with Phase II. The Pre-Development Phase is the “proving” part of the development process. This will achieve two critical milestones. It will determine: whether or not sufficient retail tenant interest and commitment exist to proceed with financing and construction; and simultaneously complete pre-development design and engineering work necessary to proceed with construction.
